I have over 10 years of catering experience, having worked as a chef across a wide range of kitchen environments including pubs, clubs, bars, schools, hotels, and even army bases. These experiences have allowed me to develop a strong understanding of high-volume service, organisation, and maintaining consistent food quality in fast-paced settings.

Coming from a Caribbean background, food has always been a huge part of my culture and identity. Two years ago, I decided to take the leap and launch QBF Catering, specialising in Caribbean street food and BBQ. This allowed me to combine my professional kitchen experience with the authentic flavours and cooking styles I grew up around.

I genuinely love what I do and take great pride and passion in every dish we serve. I believe that my extensive kitchen and hospitality experience, combined with authentic cultural cooking knowledge, makes QBF Catering a fantastic fit for your event, both in terms of food quality and delivering a memorable experience for your guests.
